Get your workforce more active

Healthcare issues such as problems sleeping, depression and back, neck and joint pain can significantly impact upon workplace productivity. Research shows substantial benefits of workplace initiatives, aimed at improving the wellbeing of staff. It also found that the cost of running wellbeing programmes was quickly translated into financial benefits for the organisations involved.

Wellbeing initiatives improved productivity, employee morale and motivation, company profile, competitiveness and profitability. It also reduced absence from sickness, staff turnover, accidents and injuries.
