Hampshire Carers’ Strategy consultation

This consultation has now closed

Closing date: 21 April 2008

Throughout 2007 many people who are interested in supporting carers in Hampshire have been involved in developing a draft plan, called The Hampshire Carers’ Strategy.

To help us make sure we have properly understood what people have told us and to check that what we are planning will improve services and support, we must now ask more people what they think of the plan.

The draft Carers’ Strategy has been developed with the involvement of a wide range of people, including:
  • ASBAH (Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus)
  • Age Concern Hampshire
  • Alton CAB
  • Andover and District Mencap
  • The Alzheimer’s Society
  • Basingstoke Voluntary Services
  • Carers Action Network
  • Carers Together in Hampshire
  • Community Action Hampshire
  • Community Action Hampshire Health and Social Care Network
  • Hampshire County Council - Adult Services Department
  • Hampshire County Council – Children’s Services Department
  • Hampshire Mencap
  • Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust
  • MS Society
  • One Community in Eastleigh

  • The Princess Royal Trust for Carers (Winchester and Andover)
  • Romsey and District Carers Forum
  • Solent Mind
