Sessions available at very low cost.

Mental Health
Mental Health Advisors
The Mental Health Advisors are part of the Rushmoor and Hart Primary Care Mental Health Team, working alongside the counsellors and psychologists. They can support you in achieving and maintaining mental health and wellbeing. They provide:
- Self-help tips and techniques
- Self-help leaflets and book recommendations
- Information and advice on accessing local and national organisations
- Telephone support to people using "Beating the Blues"
