Summary of findings

There is potential for the MHA to be used excessively with some minority ethnic groups, as shown nationally, although currently little evidence locally.

As this plan was to implement amended legislation, safeguards were built into process.

Improvement of data collection from AMHPs, to include review of current data collection and improvement of access and inputting to SWIFT.
