Children with hearing loss need to receive an equal quality of service to that received by other children – consideration to be given to transferring service from Adults Services to Children’s Services.

Negotiate possible transfer of sensory services for children with hearing loss from Adult Services to Childrens Services in Hampshire
Research the incidence of sensory loss in minority communities in Hampshire, and whether/why sensory services are accessed by these communities in a comparable way to other communities
