Hampshire Health & Wellbeing Partnership Board

The Health and Wellbeing Partnership Board is responsible for improving health and wellbeing across Hampshire and for meeting the health improvements and wellbeing targets identified in Hampshire's Local Area Agreement (LAA).

The Board also

  • provides a forum to bring together good practice and share learning ideas.

  • monitors performance on a range of national indicators relating to health and wellbeing.

  • aims to address health and inequalities issues identified through the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
