Draft Hampshire Autism Strategy for Adults - Tell us what you think!
The Hampshire Autism Strategy for Adults is the first of a two part ‘across the lifespan’ autism strategy. The second part, the Hampshire Autism Strategy for Children, is expected in 2013.
The Hampshire Autism Partnership Board (HAPB) has developed this strategy through consultation with people with autism, parents and carers, staff who work with people with autism within voluntary, independent and public sector organisations. The strategy also responds to the central government guidance and legislation and to other priorities that have been agreed locally.
Lead Commissioning arrangements for prison and community substance misuse services in Hampshire using a section 75 agreement (NHS Act 2006)
This consultation sets out a proposal for Hampshire PCT (PCT) and Hampshire County Council (Council) to enter into a section 75 agreement of the NHS Act 2006 which would allow the PCT to delegate its power to perform the function of commissioning specified health services to the Council, thus enabling the Council to act as the Lead Commissioner of health and social care substance misuse services.
