Personalisation and Self-directed Support (SDS) - e-learning course
Aims of the course
You may wish to complete this course to learn more about:
the background to personalisation and self-directed support
the self-directed support processes in Hampshire
and what self-directed support may mean in your everyday practice and work
Please note the course will take you at least 20 minutes. Once you have started the course you will not be able to save where you get to, so please ensure you have given yourself enough time to complete it. If you do have to leave the course then you are able to restart the course from the beginning at any time by logging on again.
You will need to be able to use a keyboard to enter log on information. You will also need to be able to use, point and click a mouse to complete the course.
The course has full audio. To hear this you will need a set of speakers or headphones attached to your computer.
Accessing the course
In order to access the course you will need to complete a short form that will allow us to track and keep an overview of the people who are taking the course. You will not be able to be identified individually by completing the form.
When you have completed the three questions click on the submit button at the bottom of the form and you will be given a log on name and unique password. Please write down the log on name and password as these will be required to start the course.
When you have done this click on the link below to access the e-learning course. You will need to enter the log on name and password in the pop up box as requested.
