Personalisation - Hampshire perspective
An e-learning course that has been developed by Hampshire County Council to provide background on Personalisation and self-directed support (SDS) in Hampshire. The course is free to use and will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
This is a report by Hampshire’s expert Commission of Inquiry into Personalisation that was launched at the end of November 2008 and sets out the plans for the transformation of Adult Social care in Hampshire.
The Hampshire learning Disability Board is made up of 5 Local Implementation Groups (LIGs) who work for, and with, people with a learning disability and their family and carers in the areas where they live.
