Skills for Care ensures that England's adult social care workforce has the appropriately skilled people. These pages have resources and toolkits to ensure care workers access continued professional development. They also provide a Continued Professional Development (CPD) strategy framework to help employers make sure their employees can access training at different stage of their career. Finally they have developed National Occupational Standards which describe the skills, knowledge and values care workers should meet for a variety of settings at different levels. |
