Use the Environment Centre web pages on Fighting fuel poverty to help you to identify energy efficiency improvements You could contact a local Home Improvement Agency who assist vulnerable homeowners and private sector tenants. They will visit and give advice about problems with the condition of the home, offer a handy person service for small jobs around the home or offer advice on making the home more energy efficient. You could try Age Concern Hampshire for general information. See the Warm Front Scheme web pages to find out if you are eligible for a warm front grant to help pay for heating and insulation improvements in your privately owned or rented home.
