Shared Lives scheme
The Shared Lives scheme is a service provided by individuals and families in their own home across Hampshire who want to offer a vulnerable person a short break, day care or long term care.
The Shared Lives scheme helps people who either have a learning disability, a physical disability, a mental health issue, or a person with other health or sensory difficulties or is unable to live alone because of their age.
