Whether you want magnificent views, a country park, somewhere to walk the dog or simply go for a gentle stroll, you'll find plenty to choose from in Hampshire. There is a large choice of attractive sites with facilities for less mobile visitors, either contact the individual sites, or visit their websites for complete information concerning opening times, charges and facilities.
Accessible Countryside
Hampshire County Council has produced a guide detailing countryside attractions that can support less mobile visitors.

Country Parks
Some country parks have areas that are adapted for disabled people of all ages.
- Royal Victoria Country Park has a sensory garden and a wheelchair accessible play area
- Staunton Country Park also has a sensory garden with water features and wind chimes

Parkmobility
This is an initiative by Eastleigh Shopmobility to encourage people with walking difficulties to visit country parks.
- A four-wheeled scooter and manual wheelchair are currently available at no cost from Lakeside Country Park, Southampton Road, Eastleigh.
