Protecting people from abuse for practitioners
A multi-agency approach means we work together, as practitioners, to help keep people safe from being abused.
If you think someone is being abused
Don’t assume that someone else is doing something about it, you must do the following:- In an emergency call 999 (i.e. a serious incident, someone is in need of medical attention or a crime may have occurred)
- Contact your manager and report your concerns to Adult Services IMMEDIATELY
