We are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of residents in Hampshire and work in partnership with our colleagues in health, the voluntary sector and others to promote good health.
This page provides links to advice on how to live active and healthy lives and includes information about services aimed at supporting people who face health difficulties.
Advocacy - to help support people who want help to express their views or feel that they are not being listened to
Counselling - although we do not directly offer counselling services we can provide information about organisations that do
Emergencies - ideas to help you prepare for an emergency
End of Life care - information and support for someone who is dying and for their carers, to enable them to achieve the best possible quality of life especially during the final stages of their illness
Mental Health - as mental health problems can affect people at any time of life and in different ways we endeavour to point you to the help and support you may need
