Day care can help you to care

young and older lady

We specialise in the care of people who have dementia

Age Concern Hampshire provides day care for older people at day centres throughout Hampshire.  We have 25 years experience and adopt up to date practices of care which meet quality standards.

Service users are older people limited by physical or mental frailty, who are assessed by Adult Services as needing day care and who meet their criteria for inclusion.  The need for carer respite is also recognised.

Our day care centres depend on dedicated volunteers as well as trained staff.   If you are interested in volunteering either contact the day care centre direct or see our volunteering pages.
