Age Concern Groups in Hampshire

There are 22 Age Concern groups in Hampshire who provide a variety of services to the older people in their location.   Age Concern Hampshire provides support to these groups giving access to training opportunities, Information and Advice, governance and policies, access to countywide initiatives, statistics and outreach projects.

Each group is independent in their area and is not a branch of Age Concern Hampshire.
