Issues affecting older people
Tell Hampshire County Council what you think!
Updating 'Ageing well in Hampshire' the Older People's Well-Being Strategy for Hampshire
Three years ago you told the Older People’s Well-Being Team and their partners what was important to enable older people to remain living independently in their own homes, with a positive quality of life. Those views shaped the current strategy and action plan. Hampshire are asking for your help again to ensure they continue to work together on the priorities that are important to you.
To have your say, please complete a short questionnaire before 2nd December.
This can be done by:-
1. Going to the www.hants.gov.uk/ageingwell-hampshire website to complete the on-line questionnaire
2. Download copies of the A4 questionnaire to share with others and then return via the freepost address provided
3. Request paper copies of the questionnaire by emailing email@example.com or phoning 01962 847982
Hampshire County Council look forward to hearing from you, as your views and ideas will help them set the priorities in the next Ageing well in Hampshire strategy to be published April 2014.
