Hire the Boyce Building

Our carefully restored 1930’s wooden barrack block, the Boyce Building can be hired out for lectures and meetings accommodating up to 60 people. We can also tailor the room for you particular meetings and events.

The Boyce Building is fully accessible and includes a recently re-furbished accessible toilet.

We have a large free car park, accommodating up to 25 cars and delegates to your event will also enjoy reduced entry of £1.50 per person to the museum on that day!

We can provide the following equipment which is included in your hire charge.

• Flip chart
• Screen
• Laptop and data projector

Kettles/flasks of hot water, plus cups and glasses etc will be provided in the room.

You can choose from a combination of:

• Tea/Coffee - £1 per head
• Tea/coffee/biscuits - £1.50 per head

We are offering special rates for the rest of 2011.

The Boyce Building is available during normal museum opening hours. Other times by negotiation.
