Hampshire Arts Service

Hampshire's new arts grants

The arts service is committed to supporting the arts in Hampshire and ensuring that Hampshire residents have access to a range of activities catering for everybody.

The arts grants scheme assists in delivering an exiting mix of visual arts, music, festivals, dance, new media, drama and literature to communities across the county by awarding grants to organisations planning arts activities.

If you are organising or planning an arts activity, please take a look to see how the arts service can support you and assist in your delivery through the Arts Grants Scheme.

The Arts Grants Scheme

The scheme consists of two different grant types: Arts Activity and Business Partnership Grants.

  • Arts Activity Grants support various arts activities, including concerts, exhibitions, festivals, workshops and year long programmes. Applicants can apply for up to £5,000.
  • Business Partnership Grants can provide up to £500 match funding for new business sponsorship that you have secured for your arts activity. The scheme encourages a positive relationship between business and the arts, which will help ensure that the arts in Hampshire continue to flourish and develop in future years.
