Hazeley Heath

In order to ensure the future of this haven for wildlife, Hazeley Heath requires some form of management which should not compromise the enjoyment that people get from visiting.  There may also be a number of ways that Hazeley Heath can be improved for visitors.

The Hampshire Heathland Project is working with Natural England, the Open Spaces Society, Hart District Council and local people in order to implement a workable management regime.

In order to ensure the creation of a fair and balanced management plan a number of stakeholder workshops have taken place and a consultant was employed to complete an outline management plan, which can be seen below.
