Volunteering

Many of our important countryside sites in the UK could not be maintained without the help of volunteers.   There are plenty of volunteer opportunities on Hampshire's heathlands, many of them promoted by the Project partners (see news section and also HBIC for information for recorders).

Hampshire Heathland Project partners run regular volunteer tasks from ‘scrub bashing’ to wildlife recording.   No experience necessary.

If you are interested in contributing to the conservation of Hampshire’s heathlands then please contact the site managers in your area.
