Rural Initiatives
The Economic Development Office runs a range of projects to support Hampshire's rural economy. It has also recently commissioned with HEP, an update of the Hampshire Farming Study, primarily to monitor the impact of CAP Reform and the introduction of the Single Farm payment in 2005.

The Economic Development Office is also an active player in the county's leading rural partnership, the Hampshire Economic Partnership Rural Economy Partnership.
