HC3S Care Home Catering
HC3S is currently working with Adult Services providing catering for residents in four homes in Hampshire:
- Forest Court Residential Home, Calmore
- Hawthorne Court Residential Home, Sarisbury
- Oakridge House Residential Home, Basingstoke
- Ticehurst Residential Home, Aldershot
HC3S' aim for these homes is to provide a high quality catering service and to provide a flexible service that works with our customers and changes as required to meet their needs.
Our overall objectives for the catering service in these care homes are:
- Provide a professional catering service, within an agreed budget.
- Make sure all our staff are fully trained.
- Ensure our menus meet current nutritional standards
- Provide special diets and menus when needed.
- Consult residents (our customers) on the menu and service delivery.
- To be innovative and creative to meet local customers requirements.
- Adhere to current Food Safety, Health and Safety legislation and Hampshire County Council polices and implement procedures to support this.
