HC3S - HUB Free Meals
For use by Hampshire County Council Schools who purchase the Hub Checking Service Only
On behalf of Hampshire schools, HC3S is now able to check free school meal eligibility through a new government access point called the 'Hub'. This access point can verify a person's eligibility for free school meals with minimum personal information and no need to produce documentation.
To take advantage of this facility, schools will need to have signed up with HC3S and the costs of this new service are as follows:
Primary, Special, Infant and Junior Schools participating in the Catering Support Group Service Level Agreement - £60 per annum
Secondary and Primary Schools with a single site arrangement with Catering Support - £100 per annum
Secondary and Primary Schools with single site arrangements but with no Service Level Agreement - £150 per annum
Schools using this new system should use the form below to collect an applicant's information. Schools who have not purchased the Hub Checking Service should continue to use the original free meals
