Lunch Menus for Secondary Schools

HC3S provides a variety of food at secondary schools, implementing a Food Court style of service.

The menu runs on a four week rotation through to Easter 2014.

HC3S provide a daily 'Chef's Special' for only £2.00. This is a complete meal using fresh local ingredients and the choices available weekly are shown below. All items are also available individually priced.

Mediterranean chicken and rice or Roasted vegetable rosti, served with a side salad and a Calypso drink

Friday
Battered fish or Cheese and onion pasty, served with chipped potatoes and garden peas

Monday
Chicken chow mein or Vegetable chow mein, served with noodles, a homemade cookie and a Calypso drink

Tuesday (meat free day)
Quorn cottage pie with seasonal vegetables and a hot dessert

Wednesday
Roast dinner with all the trimmings or Roasted vegetable pasta bake with side salad and a cookie

Thursday
Beef chilli or Sweet potato and lentil curry with rice and naan bread, served with fruit juice carton

Friday
Battered fish or Vegetarian sausages, served with chipped potatoes and garden peas

Monday
Pork or Quorn sausage, served with mashed potatoes, baked beans and a Calypso cup drink

Tuesday (meat free day)
Macaroni cheese with seasonal vegetables and a traditional hot dessert

Wednesday
Roast dinner with all the trimmings or Vegetable hot pot served with a cookie and a Calypso cup drink

Beef curry or Quorn curry, served with rice, herby bread and a fruit juice carton

Friday
Battered fish or Vegetable pasty, served with chipped potatoes and garden peas

Chicken supreme or Vegetable chilli, served with rice and a fruit juice carton

Vegetable lasagne served with garlic bread and a fruit juice carton

Wednesday
Roast dinner with all the trimmings or Cauliflower and broccoli bake with crusty bread and a cookie

Thursday
Beef lasagne served with garlic bread, or Mushroom stroganoff and rice served with a side salad

Friday
Battered fish, chipped potatoes and garden peas, or Cheese and bean and potato lattice, chipped potatoes and baked beans
