STOP PRESS

Early Years Single Funding Formula (EYSFF)

The Children's, Schools and Families Select Committee met on Wednesday 9 December to discuss the EYSFF.

Following this meeting, the Minister of State (Dawn Primarolo) has issued this statement about the implementation of the EYSFF: http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/pns/DisplayPN.cgi?pn_id=2009_0245

Following careful consideration and with the support of Schools Forum and the Executive Lead Member for Children's Services, an application has been made to the Department for Children, Schools and Families for Hampshire to be a pathfinder for the EYSFF. If the application is accepted, it will mean that the original timetable for the introduction of the EYSFF will be unchanged and will be from 1 April 2010.

Further news will be posted here as it becomes available.
