EY070 - Leadership & Management Training

Participants will learn how to clarify their vision for the setting, explain that vision to staff, engage staff in working out what this means in practice and use staff strengths to achieve the vision. The programme consists of two days and ends with a half-day of sharing what has been undertaken as a result of the programme and delegates will be expected to commit to attending all sessions and undertake the inter-sessional activities. Delegates will receive an introductory letter from the trainer detailing some preparatory tasks they need to complete prior to day one. There will be no role play during the sessions nor will delegates be expected to make any formal presentations.
