Positive Approaches to Challenging Behaviour

This is part of the core training - You do not need a subscription place to attend this training.

This course consists of two 3 hour sessions which aim to develop practitioners' understanding of children's behaviour and how to design interventions to overcome challenging behaviour. Prior to attending this course delegates should have attended  our half day workshop 'Understanding Children's Behaviour' training. Delegates should also have accessed the IDP for Behaviour as well as the Framework for Intervention Behaviour DVD - please contact your Area InCo for further information about these resources. Who is eligible? early years providers in the private, voluntary or independent sectors. To book: e-mail the relevant local office stating name of person wishing to attend and course code. NB: The course in Lyndhurst in 2015 still consists of the old 3 session format.
