SENCo Induction
This course provide practical information about the role of the SENCo and the policies and procedures that SENCos need to help them meet the needs of SEN children in their setting. Learners will further increase their knowledge of the SENCo role and responsibilities by developing and understanding of a range of children's special educational needs and ways to meet those needs. Emphasis will be placed on developing a positive relationship with parents who are encouraged to become a part of the planning. It will also provide a framework for liasing effectively with schools.Who is eligible? Setting SENCos or those training to be SENCos
