2016/17 Training Subscription Scheme
Services for Young Children offers early years and childcare Ofsted registered providers the opportunity to participate in a training subscription scheme to access a range of early years related continuous professional development training courses. The scheme operates on the basis that course places are purchased in advance and then used in the period April - March each year. In addition to the taught courses on offer, joining the subscription scheme also provides access to 4 e-learning downloadable training resources per provider.
Safeguarding courses are no longer included in the training subscription scheme and will need to be paid for at the time of booking.
N.B. The e-learning offer is not available to providers who do not join the subscription scheme.

The training subscription screen purchase window has now closed.
If you wish to participate in any training offered in 2016/17 and do not join the scheme, please note that you will be required to pay £110 per training course credit at the time of booking.
New providers - pre-schools, nurseries, childminders, out of school (e.g. those that register with Ofsted after 5 April 2016) can join the scheme throughout the year. Please contact Kirsty Stickley for more details.
If you/your staff require qualifications at Level 2, Level 3, Level 5 or Level 6 it will be necessary to self fund or take out a Student Loan. Your local college/training provider will be able to provide you with more information about a Student Loan. You may find these links useful.ITT Early Years Teacher status
