Subscription scheme

Our annual subscription, based on the size of your setting, gives you unlimited access to bursary funding and courses. Please note you can now pay for your subscription number online.

Training Subscription Reminder

2012/13 Training Subscriptions has now expired and therefore needs to be renewed for courses starting from April 2013 onwards.
We will accept bookings made before the end of March for Summer term courses using 2012/13 Sub numbers but you must ensure that you renew your Subscription two weeks before the actual training date. At the training itself the delegate should manually update their subscription number on the register when they sign in.
If, when we receive registers for Summer term courses, any delegates are listed with an out of date Subscription number they will be charged for the cost of their attendance on the course.

IMPORTANT: If you are using the online payment system please ensure that you put the correct e-mail address in the Contact e-mail section of the Correspondence Information. This will be how we contact you with your number.

It may take up to a week for you to receive the Training Subscription number once you have applied.

Settings are not able to apply for bursary funding or short term CPD courses without a subscription number. Please note that these charges have not been increased since 2008.

Children's Centres

Standard payment of £100 (subject to change)

• The charge is based on the maximum number of places as shown on your Ofsted registration certificate.
• Settings that have significant difficulty in making the payment are urged to contact the PACEY, PLA or their SDO Childcare/Business Support Officer.
• All settings registered for out of school provision are permanently exempt from the charge and should ring 01962 847070 or e-mail childcare@hants.gov.uk

How to apply

• Pay online through our new e-payments system. There is no need to send a paper application through to us as your number will be sent to you via e-mail once the payment has been made. Please ensure you insert the e-mail address you want to use in the Contact e-mail section. If you are a School or Children's Centre you will continue to pay via Parked Journal.

Alternatively you can:

• Complete the Training Subscription Application Form  38 kB 2013/2014 and return it to us with a cheque.
• You will receive your subscription number which you will need to insert on each bursary form and course application. If you are a School please insert your Parked Journal reference number in the space provided.
• If you have a number of settings you will need to apply for a subscription number for each individual setting.
• Your subscription will last from date of purchase until the end of the same financial year* after which you will need to renew.
  * Financial year - 1 April to 31 March.

Out of School Clubs will continue to be permanently exempt from the training subscription fee and should complete the exemption form  191 kB.
