The EYE Advisory Team has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality training, support, courses and resources. Currently, a range of best practice Early Years opportunities are available for purchase. These are additional to our General Offer and subject to capacity and availability.

Support work
Target audience: schools, PVI settings
The EYE Advisory team is currently offering tailored support packages available for purchase in addition to our General Offer and subject to capacity and availability. This bespoke support work is tailored to meet specific needs, interests or requirements.

Training and Input:
INSET and twilights devised around your chosen focus. For example:
- The revisions to the EYFS

Targeted Support Programme
An extended support programme (2 sessions minimum), designed for NQTs, those new to the Early Years Foundation Stage or an identified member of staff in need of support

Target audience: practitioners and tutors working within early years
The EYE Advisory team, through HTLC, is currently offering a limited number of places for purchase on our core EYFS courses. These additional places are available to non-subscribers and out-of-county practitioners.

Good practice in the Foundation Stage (Schools)
We can also take expressions of interest for future bookings for these courses by establishing a waiting list. When a viable number has been achieved, we will organise another opportunity to attend the training and offer places to waiting applicants.
This training is designed to be delivered over 4 days at a venue organised by Hampshire County Council.

Exhibits and Exhibitions
Target audience: colleges, universities, commercial businesses, commercial Early Years conferences
Leading Foundation Stage Practitioner (LFSP)
Each LFSP has been identified by the Early Years Advisory Team as having excellent Early Years practice and is an advocate for early education that is rooted in play based learning.
They have at least three years of recent experience working with Early Years children and are currently working with early years children (birth to five).
They demonstrate and continue to develop principled Early Years provision and practice and have a passion for the Early Years and improving outcomes for children.
These exhibits and exhibitions are designed to be part of an Early Years conference or to act as the focus of a smaller exhibition. Variations of exhibit contents can be discussed.
The EYE Advisory team is currently offering a variety of effective Early Years practice exhibits and exhibitions in conjunction with the Leading Foundation Stage Practitioner (LFSP) scheme which is available for purchase.
They include elements of:
- Outstanding Early Years practice
- Enabling environments
- Partnership with parents
- Communication and language
- Observation, assessment and planning
