Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Supply Cover 2010/11

If your establishment is an Early Years setting you may be able to claim reimbursement of supply cover costs and travel expenses. Your Early Years Advisory Teacher (EYAT) will have told you if this is the case. There are links to each relevant claim form below for either Hampshire County Council establishments or Private, Voluntary or Independant (PVI) settings. Each file can be downloaded and contains guidance for completion.
