The Practitioner confidence schedule questionnaire
The Practitioner confidence questionnaire 37kb can be used to assess the current skill level of each staff member in your setting. It can then be repeated at a later date to demonstrate specific changes in confidence and practice.
The Speech Language and Communication Framework (SLFC)
The SLFC is a more detailed assessment tool which is relevant to anyone who works with children and young people. The SLCF sets out four stages of competence from universal to extension level.
