The Partnership Advisory Group has given detailed consideration to revising the Agreement since the publication of the Code of Practice for local authorities on delivery of free early years provision for three and four year olds published earlier this term by the Department for Education. This replaces the Agreement published in 2007.

We will be formally inviting you to renew your commitment to being on Hampshire’s directory of providers of early years education by entering the new Agreement.
