How will we do it?

We already work very hard to provide great services for you in Hampshire.

With this plan, all the people and organisations that work with, and for, children and young people will agree to make some changes and reach targets to make things even better.

We will do this by:

• asking you to help us plan and keep track of our services;
• making sure all the different people involved work together as a team;
• being careful to spot any problems early and doing whatever is needed;
• taking special care of anyone who is unhappy or in danger;and
• giving our staff all the training and support they need.
