Hampshire’s Children and Young People’s Plan is prepared by Hampshire County Council and its partners. All local authorities in England are required by the Government to set out plans for how they are going to improve services for children and young people.
The plan sets out how all of the people and organisations who work with, and for, children and young people in Hampshire will work together to improve services.
The aim is to make Hampshire a better place for all children and young people to live and grow up in, and give everyone the best possible chance of being healthy, happy and secure
