What next?

This plan is all about putting your needs first. That’s the only way we will be able to provide services that are of the highest quality – and improve them where needed.

We know that some of our services need to work harder at joining up with other services, so that we understand and meet your needs properly. We will do everything we can to help them do that.

We also know that we need to support the people who work with you and your family so that they can do their jobs properly.

We will keep track of all the changes that this plan demands, so that we know we are doing a good job.

Twice a year, we will look at our progress and be ready to change the plan if we need to, so that we know we’re still doing our best to improve your lives and your opportunities.
