What about vulnerable young people?
We know that, through no fault of their own, some children and young people have a more difficult start in life than others.
We also know that some young people struggle with issues like sex and contraception, sexuality and gender, drugs and crime.
Our aim is that all children and young people who are at risk are given the help they need to:
- help stop these issues becoming problems in the first place; and
- make it easier for them to cope if they do happen.
We want to improve the chances of all children and young people to have a happy, fulfilling life – closing the gap between those who are vulnerable and everybody else.
