We offer a wide range of activities through the full and purposeful day, in addition to the education provision in the learning centre.
Our enrichment activities are offered every day, after school (and homework) each evening and weekend, with a programme of activities through the school holidays using the many talents of our staff team.
Our formal programmes include work aimed at addressing issues related to crimogenic need and risk taking behaviours thus including all young people and not labelling those with offending histories.
We are working towards accreditation for all our activities though some are certificated only through ourselves.
While we aim to fulfil the Youth Justice Board criteria of 12 hours per week of structured activities, we believe that it is important for young people to have leisure time and learn to use it constructively, therefore we have a flexible approach to young people choosing their activities at weekends more so than during the week.
During the school holidays our programme is varied, with activities from horse care, camping and archery through to music production and health and beauty sessions.
