You can request access to the records held about you by the Children's Services Department or by your child's school.
Which authority should I contact?
Children's services are provided by the local authority for the area in which a family lives. If your child attends a Hampshire school but you live outside Hampshire, you should:
- contact your school with any queries or concerns about your child's education
- contact Hampshire County Council's Children's Services Department with any queries or concerns about educational services provided by the local authority
- contact your local authority for all children's social care enquiries.
