Adopt a Child
We’re looking for people like you to offer a child hope for their future by adopting with Hampshire’s Adoption Service.
Being a parent is richly rewarding, whether your child is adopted or not! Children across Hampshire need families who can open their home and their hearts to care for, nurture and support them as a permanent part of their lives.
Hampshire County Council Adoption Service needs adoptive families for children of all ages.
We also need adoptive families for brothers and sisters who need to be adopted together, and for children who need a little extra help and support from their adoptive parents because they have a disability, difficulty or medical need.
We welcome enquiries and applications from those who want to adopt and are over the age of 21. We welcome adoption enquirers who are male, female or single. We also welcome adoption enquiries from couples who are gay, lesbian or straight, married, who are living together in a long term relationship. We welcome adopters who live in their own home or who live in rented accommodation.
Whether you have always thought about adopting or have recently been prompted to find out more about adoption, call us today or use the enquiry forms to ask for more information about what Hampshire Adoption Service do, and the children we need adoptive families for.
