Culture All

Hampshire County Council has arranged for foster carers to have access to a range of car parks, sites and attractions round the county.

All foster carers are issued with a Culture All card once they are approved and this offers:

• Free Car Parking: Show your Culture All card (and/or your Foster Carers ID card) in order to be exempt from car parking charges at various locations around the county.
• Admission Waivers: some sites will waive admission fees for foster carers. You’ll need to show your Culture All card (and/or your Foster Carers ID card) to obtain these offers.

The full details are included with your Culture All card when it is sent to you. New attractions or special offers will be notified to you through Foster Carer Comms mailings.

Restrictions

The offer applies to you and the children in your family but it is not transferable to others.

The offer does not extend to facilities run by others on our sites or to special events where a separate charge is made. Where events at sites are free, they often need to be pre-booked so please do this direct with the site.

Countryside Access

Hampshire has over 2,850 miles of Rights of Way for you to freely explore Hampshire’s beautiful countryside. They often pass through farmland or coastal areas where landowners may be private individuals,organisations such as the National Trust or Hampshire County Council. You can walk on footpaths and walk, cycle or ride on bridleways. In addition, there are many miles of permissive routes where landowners have given their permission to cross their land. Routes of Rights of Way are given on OS maps whilst permissive routes are more locally advertised.
