Welcome to the Parent Support Team
As we all know, kids don’t come with an instruction manual, so chances are if you’re a parent or carer you have asked yourself the question ‘how do I know I am I doing the right thing?’
The Parent Support Team co-ordinates a range of parent/carer support opportunities across a number of organisations and services, to enable parents to access support as and when they need it. The team promotes evidence based good parenting practice that is driven by outcomes for children and underpinned by the values and principles of the National Occupational Standards for working with parents.
