What is it all about?

CPCK gives parents the opportunity to:

• Take time out to think about parenting

• Increase their confidence as parents by building on their existing skills and knowledge

• Share ideas and experiences with other parents

• Increase their understanding of their children's behaviour and development

• Improve their relationships with their children

• Try out practical and positive ways to manage behaviour and boost their children's self-esteem
