Assessment and Single Plan workstream
Lead: Phil Stringer and Hilary Robbins, Hampshire Educational Psychology
The draft assessment and single plan approach and cohort of families for testing the proposals is set out within the Pathfinder summary (link to same summary as front page - the Mott MacDonald powerpoint slides on the Hampshire approach) at pages 12 to 25. This also sets out the SE7 regionally developed and agreed high level framework for the assessment and single plan approach.
Personal Budgets workstream
Lead: Kieran Lyons and Jan Pearson, Children's social care
SE7 are developing a regional personal budgets high level framework. Hampshire have subscribed to the In Control (link to In Control web pages for Children's programme) Children's Programme. We are developing the approach locally as well as working with regional colleagues and In Control.
Local Offer workstream
Lead: Tesni Mason, Parent Partnership Officer
The Local Offer approach and framework is being developed regionally by the Parent Partnership Services and Parent Carer Networks in the SE7 areas.
