Our short breaks programme will enable children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs to join in with safe, fun and interesting activities and will give parents or carers an opportunity to have a short break from caring.
Since 2011, we have been required to publish a short breaks service statement 2 MB to describe our range of services. Please go to the Short breaks statement page to find out more and read the short breaks statement, recently updated for 2014-15.
