Family support and outreach services

If you are experiencing parenting difficulties, have a particular issue that you would like to address or are even just feeling overwhelmed by your responsibilities, our Family Support Outreach Worker, Holly Radford, can help.

An outreach worker understands the many difficulties associated with parenting and can provide a free, confidential support service for families with children aged 0-5 years old, on a wide range of family issues. They can offer one-to-one support, home visits, introductions to relevant groups and sessions and refer you on to specialist support services if required.

Examples of difficulties/issues that our Outreach Worker can help with are:

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Behavioural problems

  • Setting routines

  • Mealtime issues

  • General parenting difficulties

  • Socialising difficulties
