Aims

• Share examples of projects undertaking good practice
• Get views from young people on how best we should communicate and support them – what could we do better?
• Understand the role of the Members of Youth Parliament
• Identify local priorities
• Explore opportunities to implement local social enterprise
• Give young people an opportunity to directly question decision makers.

Outcomes

• Local priorities set
• Local social enterprise projects initiated
• Feedback actioned by decision makers

Proposals

18 LCP’s to each identify a group of young people aged 11-19, up to 25 with special needs, who may benefit from attending - i.e. would be able to take back the best practice that will be shared and implement it locally.

This group to identify what’s going on locally and bring to conference.

Provide; a plethora of information, a panel of top decision makers, stalls and interactive workshops.
